The location of the hotel is excellent, and it's price is very fair for London. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
The hotel claims to offer wifi throughout the hotel, but it was only available in the lower rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. The main reason we chose it over other hotels was the free internet, so needless to say we were disappointed that this hotel did not provide what it promised.

Perfect location and super friendly staff!
I stayed for 3 nights with my group, and wow, the location was spot on! Just a short walk to both Pimlico and Victoria stations. The staff were sooo nice, reminded me of home. The room had a fab city view! Only downside was the hairdryer placement-would've been better in the bathroom. Oh, and loved the cozy cafes nearby!

We had to climb 78 steps to our very small room and were unaware that we could state that we didn't want to be on a high level.

Amazing views of London Eye, charming Victorian architecture, secure building access
The absence of enough furniture for comfort and those frustratingly narrow stairs could, especially with larger luggage!!!

I was in london on personal business and found the hotel within easy walking distance of the places I needed to get to
I can say that all the staff were friendly and made me feel at home which means a lot when in another country I would consider them all friends from the manager to the kitchen staff It is the best hotel I have stayed at in London having been there frequently over the past thirty years thats high recommendation
